Remove componement, how long does it take?

When I want to remove a componement of the Plesk installation the server is long offline.

Howlong does it take to remove a componement and how to act if the Plesk installer/uninstaller does not respond anymore after waiting for say half an hour?

All sites and services are offline.....

I dont have the answer to your question, but whenever I update Pesk, it takes minimum 1 hour to complete... Too long in my opinion. Of course, all the services/programs are stopped/closed prior update.
