Renew Licence key = Blank page

Thomas Gonzalez

New Pleskian
I'm running a plesk 9.3 under centos 5.3.

When I want to renew the plesk licence key, I've got a lovely white page (no errors, no messages, nothing).

Any ideas ? Does I can upgrade it under the shell ? and how ?

Ps: I've update plesk 8.6 to 9.0.1; etc. until the 9.3

Thanks

Is it helpfull ?

Usually it is related to uncompleted upgrade for psa-fileserver package. Make sure that this package was upgraded and you have version for your current Plesk version. You can find this package for your OS and platform here http://autoinstall.plesk.com/PSA_9.3.0/ and manually update it.

My psa-fileserver package seems to be ok. I've try a manual upgrade to be sure, the result was nothing to upgrade :S

I look a while if package didn't upgrade all are for Plesk 9.3

Is it a specific rpm for the key licence managing ? I don't really understand because all works except when I click on Recover a new licence I've got a white page with nothing...

Is it possible to upgrade it in console ?

Yes, just download latest version of this package for your OS and platform and upgrade it with 'rpm -Uvh psa-.....rpm'

Many, many thanks for this!
Had the same problem of a blank page, and searched everywhere - checked that log and found out it was ATIS manager, which I update manually, and now everything works again :)
