report usage mail is incorrect in plesk11 windows

report usage mail is incorrect in plesk11 windows 2008 r2
show 2.0 gb.

mail service is MailEnable Professional 6.60

I see in webmail of enable and calculat folder of mail(folder Inbox) in server show size 4.2 gb.

please help me. thank you.

Hello pongdechs,

From your update, I understood that the mail disk space usage status shows wrong in your case. Kindly try to use the "Refresh Usage stats" option. This will refresh the usage stats of the mail accounts.

I test by Refresh Usage stats is disk use of mail box show 2 gb.
and at webmail enable show 4 gb.
I click properties of folder Inbox is size of mail use 4 gb.

I don't understand report of plesk 11 show use disk space 2 gb.
