Reseller information gets lost after migration

Hello,
I’m trying to migrate from confixx 3.3.8 to plesk panel 11, but if i do so with the migration and transfer manager all the customers which were assigned a specific reseller lose the reseller information after the migration. I can’t assign a costumer to reseller manually after the migration either.
