Reseller Trial Sites

When logged into SiteBuilder as a reseller and clicking on the promotional link in 'Server > Trial Site Settings' we get the error message 'Could not create a new site'.

How do we find out more/fix this?

May be this reseller reached the limit of sites? (this limit is defined in reseller's plan)
