  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resellers cannot see their accounts after migration

Hello all,

I really hope you can help me. I just finished migrating from one Plesk 10.2 server to another 10.2 server using Plesk Migration Manager. After the move, resellers started complaining that they could not see any of their domains.

Looking into it, all accounts are transferred successfully - BUT:

1. When I go to "Customers", all customers are listed with the default root "Provider" - not the reseller as provider (which is the case on the old server). See "CustomerList.jpg" attachment.
2. When I click one of the "Customers", the "Provider" in the right side reports correctly - ie. the reseller. See "Customer.jpg" attachment.

Please note that I deliberately blanked out irrelevant info from the screenshots for security reasons...

How did I get into this mess - and even more important - out of it again? Any help is most appreciated.
