Issue "Resource limits exceeded by reseller account" notice but account is within limits or unlimited

This morning we received this notification email from Plesk:

The 'M H' account is approaching or already exceeded the limits:
Traffic: Unlimited / 107128.3 MB/month Used / Unlimited​

But the M H reseller account is well within all its visible limits:

So what gives? Why is this false notice being sent?
The only reference I could find is this:


Which is extremely old. Anyways, I have done this repair but the notification issue remains.

Any other places to fix for this?
 
@MHC_1 , could you please navigate to Service Plans > Reseller Plans > plan assigned to the user from notification and confirm what is configured for "Traffic" and "Notify when traffic usage reaches"?
