• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hi There,

How can i put the server to don't suspend the accounts who exceed the limits?

Thanks!

I'm searching for the exact same, i don't want Plesk to be able to suspend domains automatically. The option is not included in group operations.

I think the only way is to login to PSA database and perform following query:

SQL: update dom_param set val = 'false' where param = 'OveruseBlock';

Just run this query and it worked!

I had this question back in Plesk 8.1 9for linux) - the answer I got from the plesk team was that Plesk by default does not suspend accounts or domains for going over their resource usage.

i dont know if that behavior has changed In plesk 9.0 or if it is different in windows then in linux
