Responsive Design and menus not working correctly

PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

You cannot access drop down menus on tablets and phones (tested on ipads and android phones) as they rely on hover over with the mouse - you obviously cant do with a finger.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

Create a page structure with sub menus etc.
Add a navigation module
Set menu to show ALL

ACTUAL RESULT
You will not be able to access sub menus on a smart phone or tablet

EXPECTED RESULT
The menus should open out allowing you to click on a sub menu item

It would be very useful if you attach snapshot next time. It will help developers to investigate this issue much more effectively.
