restore backup domains

my server crashed and it was installed. I am trying to restore the backup files I have

/usr/local/psa/bin/pleskrestore --restore backup_domain.nl_info_1112030330.xml -level domains
Restoration of standard Panel dump is forbidden at Power User mode
Dump has critical errors.


Above is what I get, what am i doing wrong?

i've the same problem.

transferring a backup from plesk 10.3.1 to version 10.4.4

the --check-backup function delivers the following message:
"Backup file is valid
Restoration of standard Panel dump is forbidden at Power User mode"

Did you try to disable poweruser mode?
