Restore mysql backup

Hello,

I accidently deleted an entire domain.
The files and folders i restored using a backup system, but the database i didnt make the backup.
Looking in the plesk folder, i found C:\Program Files\Parallels\Plesk\MySQL\Backup where have many backups, every day.
But how i can access this file? because isnt a .sql. The file is psa-20110710.dump.
I realy need to recover the database.
Any help?
