If I could restrict a user to only designated domains in a subscription, then I could give them limited access to only certain websites in my subscription. For example, if I have several customer websites in one subscription, I could let them manage their own email (I know they should have their subscription).
It also means that a customer with their own subscription could give varied access to different personnel in the company.
My main use would be to manage several technically-challenged customers in my own subscription, but to at least let them manage their own email
