Restrore from split backup files without XML file

Hello
after scheduled backups I have 25 .tar files at 1.4GB each on my FTP server and have no xml file. I am currently getting the files into the var/psa/dumps folder.

Questions:
Will i see them in the manager?

Do i have the chance to restore the DB of one domain only and one full client with 3 domains without touching the others?

How can i merge the tar files and make it happen?
