• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I found NO documentation on this anywhere..
I uploaded my License key for plesk..
It works but it complains.. ...

"You are currently operating within the grace period of your product license. To update your product license select the Retrieve Keys option from within License Manager."

ok..so i hit 'Retrieve Keys" from the license manager and get the following...

"Unable to update key. An error occured while processing your key. You can try to update it later. The key cannot be upgraded due to the network failure during connection with the Key Authority server. Please check that your internet connection is configured, you can resolve and access ka.swsoft.com and your firewall enables outgoing connections to TCP port 5224. "

Now I know my firewall outside the server allows this port as I have other plesk and Virtuozzo (linux) stuff and the keys update ok..but this is on windows 2003...so I am guessing i have to allow something on the server itself ?

Where do i go to do this..thanks..
