Resolved roundcube.conf missed with entry ServerAlias roundcube.webmail.*

Hi there,

we have upgraded plesk from 12.5 to 17.0.17. Now, i can not find the file "roundcube.conf" under "/etc/httpd/conf/plesk.conf.d/" with the entry: ServerAlias roundcube.webmail.*

How/where can i define the webmail ServerAlias for Roundcube?

Many our customers have a external domain with a-record forwarding WITHOUT a entry "webmail.domain.tld".

This issue is new in Plesk 17.0.17. We need a ServerAlias e.G. roundcube.webmail.servername.de.

I hope somebody can help me.

Hi IgorG,

thx. We have now a workaround. We have to create a subdomain with the hostname in the subscription, e.g. nameofcustomer.server.tld, and this work automatically with webmail.nameof customer.service.tld. Customer can now login with this new subdomain.
