Issue RoundCube does not send/receive mail.

I have installed Webmail.myhost.net as a Roundcube webmail box.
I don't see it when I send email to my gmail.
I don't see it when I send email from my gmail.

It does work, when I visit the http. Or when the Plesk sends me to Webmail host, via click.
Help me figure out why, please.
Also, I tried /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/mchk --with-spam
 
Hi, @kinesis . I afraid, I am not quite sure I was able to understand the issue. Could you please confirm whether the same is related to Roundcube as an interface (being inaccessible, for example) or you mean that you are unable to send/receive emails?

If the latter, does the issue persists with Gmail only or other mail service providers as well?

The first thing that comes in mind is that the domain name might not have the necessary DNS records. Could you please check the mail logs in /var/log/maillog or if you have the Log Browser extension installed through the Plesk GUI in Tools & Settings > Log Browser for more details?
 
Hi,
I was able to send/receive to Webmail via iCloud.com webmail.
I cannot send to Google gmail.com
I cannot receive from Google gmail.com.
How do I look into/investigate this problem? I hace access to a variety of logs, but don't know how to find the conclusion of my effort to get Webmail working.
 
You can either check the mail logs in /var/log/maillog or if you have the Log Browser extension installed through the Plesk GUI in Tools & Settings > Log Browser > Mail. You can query for the address you are unable to send to.
