  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Dear,

I just received this problem in my Roundcube error log. I tried everything but still not working:
[16-Jun-2023 08:11:33 UTC] PHP Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'MYSQL_ATTR_FOUND_ROWS' in /usr/share/psa-roundcube/program/lib/Roundcube/db/mysql.php on line 149

Can somebody help me?

Did you disable the mysqlnd or mysql extension in CloudLinux PHP? In that case, reenable it, please. Another solution approach can be to reinstall the Webmail component from Plesk installer (uninstall, then reinstall). In general, the issue is most likely caused by an issue with the MySQL extension or PHP on the server. If the suggestions do not lead to success, please open a ticket with Plesk support so that staff can check and fix the issue on your server.
