Roundcube IMAP Error Authenticate

Hello, i recently updated from Plesk 12.0 to 12.5,

i had following error:

i get the same error with PLAIN:

one more thing: i removed roundcube and all configs, then reinstalled newest version again. now it works! if anyone else have this problem i hope my info helps you out
 
when you reinstall it, did you lose any email information?
i have more than 120 domains with a thousand email accounts there...

Hi,
no adding and removing webmail won't affect the mail folders. And neither does switching between Qmail and Postfix for example.
