RSS Reader

After publishing a site with RSS Reader the published site have the following error on the RSS page with a red frame:

The selected RSS channel is unavailable now.

Within Sitebuilder edit there is no RSS reader error, all the other components are working fine, in the logs is nothing abnormal found?

It is possible that RSS chanel is not available from the server for publication, e.g. allow_url_fopen = Off in php.ini
