Issue Running unset PERL5LIB Across Sessions

Regular Pleskian
In order to copy domains from my Plesk server to a backup server, running the latest cPanel, I have to engage the unset PERL5LIB command across multiple sessions. Right now it seems to only work with one connection.

My Plesk server runs 12.5.30, latest updates.

How do I do this?
