i get a Runtime Error wen i try to go to plesk threw my computer the error is as follows

but wen i tryed to connect to plesk threw my VPS i get a permitions problem i have fixed the permitions problem but i still can not connect to plesk thre my computer and the same with Virtuozzo VPS control panel do any of you fine people have any way i can fix this
