Schedule Backup Task Not Working

Hi,
I'm have take a Schedule Backup Task on Linux Plesk 12.5. It's complete to configure, but it's not working. Don't have any BackupFile are created.
I already check someformation bellow:
- Crontab: It's still running -> Log Crontab work, and can see action in list action of crontab
- Packets BackupPSAMng is lastest updated.
- Check in Tables BackupScheduled have information.

anybody have same my issue ?
