Scheduled Backup: Wrong Time even in 9.0.1

Hi Colleagues!

I was hoping this would be fixed in 9.0.1, but - still - whatever Backup Time I specify, it starts around at 11.07pm and often crashes the server (but that's a different matter).
Has anyone managed to set his/her own backup time and how?

Could Parallels please look into this?
