Issue Scheduled notifications are not sent to email

Hi,

i use plesk Onyx Update 16.

I activate the "Send notifications to" with "every time" option under my cronjob. I get but despite an output no mails. I've already tried it with the following tip. Also there I get no email: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...-sent-to-email-indicated-in-the-task-settings

With the Option: CRONJOB-TARGET | mail -s 'Mail CHECK' [email protected] I get a mail.

Is this a bug or a feature?

I have done further tests. No mails will be sent if you click on "Start now". The Cronjob sends an email out.
