  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Having an issue with a few sites screenshots timing out on the call to Plesk Screenshot Service. It looked like cloudflare may have blocked their app with their bot fighting algorithm. Turned that off, whitelisted the Amazon ASN and even turned off cloudflare proxy, but the shots.plesk.com call still doesn't seem to want to go through. It times out with the "page cannot be loaded in 12 seconds" error message. The home page itself loads in about a second. It's only 3-4 sites out of 100+. Any ideas here?

Is this the issue you're having?

If not, is there anything related to this issue in /var/log/plesk/panel.log?

No issue in panel.log. The issue is that the url the system makes to generate the screenshot is timing out on plesk's side. When the system generates the screenshot it calls :

This one will throw an error because I replaced the sitename. It should be clear sailing to the system as cloudflare proxy is now off. Even when it was on I was not seeing the attempt in the CF firewall as blocked. Feel as though Plesk wptoolkit should have it's own screenshot service instead of using an external one.
