Are you saying that Script module is missing on forth (Edit) step in Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder Wizard?
If so, first of all make sure that module is installed (check admin CP -> Server -> Modules) and that Script module is added into Plan which is in use. You can check it, for example, through admin CP -> Users -> Plans -> PLAN_NAME -> Modules. Make sure that Script module is added there.

=== snip ===
-bash-3.00# rpm -qa | grep script
sitebuilder_module-script-4.5.0-build08090214
=== snap ===

and it is added into plan

Which browser do you use? Also, is it possible to check it from my side? Just provide me with URL to Wizard or attach screenshot so I could better understand the case.

Hard to say, what could be the reason, but it looks like there is still some misconfiguration in plan for this issued site. Here, I can only ask you to double check the site/plan and make sure that proper plan is in use. Together with Script module it is looks like other block modules are missing.
Try to use different browser or check it from another PC. Let me know about the results.
You could also provide me all details with Sitebuilder admin CP access via private message on this forum and I will check it for you.
