It is taking about 10 minutes to populate the Add and Removes Programs dialog, waiting for the the list of programs to show up because there are so many templates - I'm guessing.
One quick change I would love to see happen now is to change something in the compile.msi file so that it will allow to over-write the existing installed template.
Please just have someone spend a few days and add this feature to the SDK compiler.
I know you already have other plans for the future for this, but I am custom designing templates for each of my clients and this, loading, waiting, uninstalling, installing again is getting old.
