Question Securing Clients PLesk URL with SSL

Dear Plesk Admin,

I have secured my PLesk server with one of the domain's SSL. But when my clients try to access their domain, they get error and alert for scam. Like, on accessing www.abc.com:8443, alert says that the SSL is not associated with this domain, indeed is for another domain.

There should be a way that all of my clients can access their Plesk panels with SSL.
Second thing is, can you please check this link www.arcm.ch:8443 why it is not working?
