Separate website statistics/log files for subdomains

2 related questions:

1) Is it possible to generate seperate logfiles/webstatistics for main domain and individual subdomains.

2) Is it possible to EXCLUDE subdomain statistics from main domain statistics?
 
That would come in very handy if it was possible.

I am maintaining a site where a customer support system is located on a subdomain, and the hits staff makes on this thing while working on the tickets shouldn´t show up in the main statistics of the website.

Anything on this?
