• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Hi.

Suddenly the horde crashed, the page was blank.

I installed the packages in Plesk: psa-9.2.3-hotfix3 psa-updates and updated the horde with the command: /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/autoinstaller --select-release-current --upgrade-installed-components, but did not work.

Now displays the following error: Fatal error: strftime () [<a href='function.strftime'> function.strftime </ a>]: Timezone database is corrupt - this should * never * happen! in / etc / psa-webmail / horde / horde / prefs.php on line 285

How can I solve the problem?

Please, help me. Thanks.

Good morning IgorG.

Thanks for your help.

I had read the post above and did the procedures for updating the psa-9.2.3-hotfix3, psa-updates and psa-horde-3.1.7-cos5.build92091210.17.

The new problem is that when I enter the Horde, the Horde soon after disconnect, as if I had made the out.

How to solve this problem?

Try to remove and install webmail back with /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/webmailmng (--help option for details).

IgorG, I removed and install the horde using the command /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/webmailmng --install --name=horde but now is giving login failure and I'm trying more than one account.

What can be?

IgorG, I removed the horde and install using the command /usr/local/psa/admin/bin/webmailmng --install -name = horde but now is giving login failure and I'm trying more than one account or simply loads blank.

What can I do?

Please could you tell me where are stored the e-mails of the Horde, because due to resettlement, disappeared the e-mails.

IgorG, the messages are in the cur folder, but how do I get to see them again by horde?

Try to upgrade your Plesk to 9.3.0 version and after that remove and install webmail back with webmailmng utility (--help option for more details).

If I make the migration to Plesk 9.3.0, I need to buy a license or can I use the license of Plesk 9.2.3?

Hello IgorG.

Is it safe for me to upgrade to Plesk 9.3.0 or I will lose data and settings? Can I do the upgrade even though my clients are using?

I'll back up settings, databases, emails and websites.

Thank you.

If you have a lot of mailboxes, sites, of course, downtime will be there. You can schedule upgrade downtime at night hours. Upgrade from 9.2.3 to 9.3.0 should pass fine.
