Issue server.conf / access_compat / Order allow,deny / Plesk 17.8.11

LTUser

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

We have updatet to Plesk 17.8. stable.

Apache2 wont restart. (fixed).

Why?
we don't use access_compat, we don't need it and have no more "Order allow, deny" in any configuration.
Hint:
Server version: Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu)
Server built: 2018-06-07T19:43:03
After Upgrade "Order allow, deny" is back in /etc/apache2/plesk.conf.d/server.conf. Why!?

BeforeUpgrade:
ServerName "default"
UseCanonicalName Off
DocumentRoot "/var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs"
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ "/var/www/vhosts/default/cgi-bin"

<IfModule mod_ssl.c>
SSLEngine off
</IfModule>

<Directory "/var/www/vhosts/default/cgi-bin">
AllowOverride None
Options None
Require all granted
</Directory>

After Upgrade:
ServerName "default"
UseCanonicalName Off
DocumentRoot "/var/www/vhosts/default/htdocs"
ScriptAlias /cgi-bin/ "/var/www/vhosts/default/cgi-bin"

<IfModule mod_ssl.c>
SSLEngine off
</IfModule>

<Directory "/var/www/vhosts/default/cgi-bin">
AllowOverride None
Options None
Order allow,deny
Allow from all
</Directory>

This is in all other of Sections the same.
Sorry for my bad English ;)
