Hello guys!
One of our webspaces has been renamed and when we try to access the list of domains the error appears.

I send a print screen so you can check and, if possible, help me.

Within this webspace there are sites that I can't download the files or remove the domain to insert again.

I modified it through the Plesk interface. I changed the URL directly via Plesk. I don't have SSH access to the instance...

The error can be caused by an orphaned FTP user. Please ask the person who has access to the shell to run
# plesk repair ftp -n
and check the result.
