  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

server freezes - bootloader prompt

We have two servers...

Parallels Plesk Panel version 9.3.0
Operating system Linux 2.6.27.41
CPU AuthenticAMD, AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 3500+

one of the servers "freezes" but we don't know exactly why. A friend of mine took a quick look and mentioned that the server was getting stuck at the bootloader prompt. We have all Plesk components up-to-date.

I'm not sure how to fix this issue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you!

It is really not Plesk related issue but common Linux or hardware related. Did you checked hard disk and filesystem, for example?
