Hi

One of our clients has a CentOS 7 container with plesk 12.5.
we have a problem with mail sent from mail() php script.

after investigation I have found that the problem occurs with one domain, it turned out that this domain name is the name of the server also. so i had changed the server name through:
# hostnamectl set-hostname

also restarted BIND and checked that there is no zone with this name. still pinging that domain name results with the same result

please your opinion or resolve to the issue

ok,

no need, i have found out that someone manualy add a record inside /etc/hosts to the domain with the issue, after commenting the line all worked out fine. (for newbis: i had removed from the "hosts" file the line with the domain name)

BTW - i noticed maillog is not logging the mail reports, what can cause that?
