Question Set a minimum password policy

Hi, is there a way (database entry, panel.ini, special file), to force a minimum Password Strength Policy, for a system.
I'd like to restrict the administrator to be only able to select between "strong" and "very strong" in the interface.

As long as Issue - "Very Strong" password policy is unnecessarily prohibitive is not solved, are you really sure you want to do that?

Irrespective of the question how useful it is: Is it possible to do it?

No, not to my knowledge. The administrator can choose all, these settings cannot be limited.
