Setting default language

We are trying to figure out how to set an interface language as default.
currently when a customer logs in the default interface language will always be english,

We could not find the settings in the configuration to set a default language.

Does anyone know where this option can be set?

You can change default interface language and default language for wizard through Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder administrator CP in Server -> Trial Sites Settings section - choose appropriate language. For changing Wizard language you need to go to Server -> Trial Sites Settings -> Wizard Interface

this will also affect login procedures for accounts?
because currently when customers login they get english while they are supposed to get the dutch language.

Accounts for customers are automatically created as part of our hosting plan.
I am looking for a way to automatically get their interface language to dutch.

Each account have it's own language preferences and by default it is English. It looks like there is no way to change default language in the way you want. I assume it will work as you need in case if you leave only Dutch language in tyhe system (if English is not required for you and your clients). In other case client should change language from English to dutch as soon as get their accounts.
