Setting Mail Forwarding using CL

I tried this

/usr/local/psa/bin/mail.sh --on "my-domain.com" -redirect true -rediraddr "[email protected]"

and I got this.

SUCCESS: Turning mail service for domain 'my-domain.com' on/off complete.

But in Plesk CP, when i goto my-domain.com > Mail > Preferences, I see
Mail to nonexistent user has been set to Bounce with message - This address no longer accepts mail..
Its not set to Forward to address

Any idea why ?
