Site Builder Please HELP ASAP!

Basic Pleskian
I have update site bulder on Plesk and after the update i cannot upload template

i allways get

INFO::get() -> could not open XML

Please Help ASAP!!!
 
May be you have corrupted template? Try to upload another template.
 
It does the same to every template i try to upload..

It is probably some rights conflict...

Is there a way to unistall it and install it again?
into Plesk?
