• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Site previews functionality lost since upgrade to latest 11.5.30

Jean13

New Pleskian
Just installed a new server with Plesk 11.5.30 on Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS

About everything was working fine, until I upgraded to 11.5.30 a couple of days ago. Now, I have totally lost the ability to preview sites.
The preview should work in this format: customer-site.tld.192-0-2-12.your-domain.tld

Yes I enabled the site preview. Tried about every recommendation but no luck. Even rebuilding the vhosts.

What other procedure(s) should I apply to revive the "preview of sites" functionality?

Is it possible to go back to release 11.0?

Help is badly needed. Thank you.

Very best,
Jean

Perhaps your Plesk DNS service or resolve settings (/etc/resolv.conf) are broken or incorrect.

Can websites be opened in normal mode "Open", not "Preview"?
Does websites open on a client computer?
