Sitebuilder 100 free for existing customers?

Is Sitebuilder 100 domains free only for new customers or for existing too? If available for existing customers which key need we use?

Yes it would be but we have dedicated with Plesk from hosting company and license not bougt directly by Parallels. Also we haven't any sales representative by Parallels to ask.
If you can provide simple answer it would be appreciated. Thanks you.
