Sitebuilder 4.2 and the PHP 5.2.6 with SQLite 3.x

I have the Sitebuilder 4.2 and the PHP 5.2.6 with SQLite 3.x, that I must do in order that the applications work with SQLite 3.x or to lower SQLite 2.x.
