SiteBuilder and APIs

hi

i have plesk 7.5.6 for windows.

i have sitebuilder installed. i am creating domains with XML-RPC and domains are created successfully .
in XML i have clearly done

<site_builder>false</site_builder>

and domain permissrions (psa.permissions) also clearly says

id permission value
------ ----------------------- ------
13 site_builder false
------ ----------------------- ------

but still i can use the site builder for selected domain . rather i can use site builder for every domain.

i need to revoke site builder for doamins by defaut.

i knw i can do it manually by login in sitebuilder as root. but i need to to it automatically while creating the domain.

please note: same XML-RPC works fine with my Linux PLesk and site builder in not allowed on Linux.

You should specify <sb_publish>false</sb_publishing> on hosting creation
