Sitebuilder API problem

Hi,
I try to use the API for Sitebuilder 4.2.
When I try to create account, use ServiceFacde/4.1/accountWebService.asmx?op=CreateAccount
I get the http 500 Error.

Can you tell me what step should I do to make sure this API work fine?
I need to use this API because I want to integate this Site builder with my control panel.
Please kindly give me some instruction, so I can use this API.
