Sitebuilder as a service

Hi,

When I look at all those problems with upgrading, incompatibillities, aso...
Why doesn't Parallels provide sitebuilder as a service ? I mean that all software is installed on Parallels servers (where verything works 100%) and where we only have a kind of "reseller account" for each server we have paid a license for. In fact the only thing that changes is the abillity to publish to an external location. This way you would have at least 70% less support questions in this forum. Most of the problems are caused by different OS, sb versions and configurations.

Regards,

Bart

Parallels is not a hosting company and does not sell hosting or workspaces like Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder installations. So this is a duty for resellers and Parallels partners. You can check them here: http://www.parallels.com/partners/. For more information I guess it would be better to contact with Parallels sales team.
