sitebuilder error in System Events

I have plesk 7.6.1 and Sitebuilder (recently upgraded to 3.2) installed.
I have ever had this error everytime the server restarts (when was 7.5.6 too):


The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID
{000C101C-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}
to the user NS\SiteBuilder SID (S-1-5-21-929051632-3977135841-904189254-1224). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool.
