Sitebuilder has hijacked my sites!

I had some problems with overloaded mail queue on my server and needed to reboot. The server hasn't been rebooted in about 8 months.

There must have been an upgrade which didn't complete previously because after reboot Plesk is now v8.3.0 and Sitebuilder 4.0.0 has hijacked the entire server. All domains now kick to a login screen, even though the websites are all still there and intact. There are no options in Plesk for Sitebuilder whatsover; individual domain configuration shows the sitebuilder checkbox greyed out, there is no option available.

How can I go about getting this redirect removed? How do I uninstall Sitebuilder?

Many thanks
Tony

Hard to say what could be the reason for such behaviour. It requires investigation on the server. So you should probably contact with Parallels tech support here: https://www.parallels.com/support/sitebuilder/form/

In case of check box is greyed out for domain you should check if appropriate client has enabled permission to use Parallels Plesk Sitebuilder in Permissions section for the client.

As for removing Sitebuilder from the server, all Sitebuilder related packages should be removed in this case. Please note, that Sitebuilder data will be lost during removal procedure. For removing procedure you can refer to online docs: http://download1.parallels.com/SiteBuilder/4.5.0/doc/install/en_US/html/index.htm -> Uninstalling Plesk Sitebuilder
