"sitebuilder" -- how to enable?

Hello All:

We have a Plesk 8.6 install on Linux. I installed "sitebuilder" -- the install worked smoothly. But I see no way to now *enable* sitebuilder. That is, if logging in to the Plesk control panel, I see a new icon called "Sitebuilder Support" -- but it does not accept username or password entry. -- Do I need to buy some additional license for sitebuilder? Is that not part of Plesk as such? (We have pretty much every add-on license for Plesk included that tehre is.)

Regards,
John
