Sitebuilder PSA Update -- lost it

same here empty ini file. Once it was restored Horde & php/mysql started working. Did not have to upgrade ioncube from 4.3
looks like will have to reinstall sitebuilder though!

Is there anyone here having trouble using their SiteBuilder Module in Plesk? Mine says that "Cannot access SiteBuilder at http://sitebuilder.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.com/remote_admin/. When I click on Check for local SiteBuilder installation I get 'Local SiteBuilder is not configured for working with SBM or Username/password is incorrect'

Any suggestions?

I was seeing this because the PSA apache was running but the main hosting apache wasn't. When I'd fixed that (had issues with the ioncube libraries - see the link below), I found that I didn't have the DNS pointing to the same place as the virtualserver was expecting (as defined in the /etc/httpd/conf.d/sitebuilder.conf file).
