Sitebuilder upgrade to 3.01 from 2.x login

Hi

I have updated to sitebuilder 3.01 from a 2x install and I have
tried every which way to login as admin, root and I even changed the password to 35cafb7a7a7ea2ff as suggested in a post, no luck...

just to be sure is there an admin login page or just a login page for everyone now. http://sitebuilder.xxxx.com/login ?

cant even access through plesk cp... bad login

Plesk ok however.
