Resolved Sites/Domains not found on Files Pull down ... dot dot dot

I have 8 sites on this server.

On the Files pulldown it only sees 4 of them.....and says not found for the other ones. See Pics:

Turns out some sites were disabled, and it didn't show those sites in the pull down menu......but it should have.....since it showed them on all the other pull downs...
